  JL Garland is a general contracting and construction company owned by Tom and Lauren Neumayer. Tom combines his experience with project management and his own expertise in carpentry to provide clients with a thorough and properly completed project. While Lauren, who is currently an Interior Design Student, uses her skills and experience to manage the operations of the business and helps clients with design choices. We want to help people with their projects, from beginning to end.
